Originally from Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture.

Familiar with ice hockey from a young age, competing in a team taught me the challenge of controlling my body.

During high school I studied abroad in the United States for about a year. By taking on new challenges in a different environment, I realized the importance of continuing to challenge myself.

After that, I discovered Pilates and gained a deep understanding of the importance of carefully controlling the body and building it from the ground up.

It was through my continued sports career that I realized the significant impact that daily conditioning has on performance and injury prevention.

I believe that Pilates is not just a way to train the body, but a powerful tool for improving the quality of movement and bringing out the best in you.

I hope to bring Pilates to athletes and all those who like to take on physical challenges, and to support them in maintaining their condition and achieving long-term success.

I also provide communication in English, making Pilates accessible to foreigners as well.
